Where is POINT · FACE located?
We have two studios in Uluwatu, Bali: POINT · FACE Uluwatu Ungasan (Jl. Toya Ning II No. 99, Ungasan) and POINT · FACE Uluwatu Bingin (Bingin Downtown Avenue, Jl. Pantai Cemongkak No. 9, Pecatu, in the Bingin surf village). HydroJelly Hydrafacials are exclusive to Ungasan and Korean Body Hydrafacials to Bingin.
How do I book a facial?
Book on WhatsApp — choose Uluwatu Ungasan or Uluwatu Bingin — or book online on Fresha. We recommend booking 1–3 days in advance in high season.
What is included in every treatment?
Every treatment starts with a free skin analysis using AI-powered diagnostic technology: it measures hydration, oil, pores, pigmentation and sensitivity, so your therapist can adapt the facial to your skin on the day.
Do your prices include tax and service?
Yes. All prices include the 15% government tax and service charge. No additional fees apply.
What is the difference between a facial and a Hydrafacial?
A traditional facial uses manual techniques and natural products for a gentle, sensory ritual. A Hydrafacial uses technology — hydrodermabrasion, ultrasound, radiofrequency, LED — for deeper cleansing and more visible results.
Which skincare brands do you use?
Korean brands COSRX, SKIN1004, Beauty of Joseon, Mediheal and Medicube for our Korean facials, and Balinese natural skincare from Utama Spice & Embun for our Balinese rituals.
Which facial is best for my first visit?
For most skin types, the Ultimate Korean Glass Skin & Hydralift — our signature. If unsure, your therapist will recommend the best option after the skin analysis.
Is there any downtime?
No. Our facials are non-invasive. Avoid sun, surfing, sauna and intense exercise for 24–48 hours and apply SPF 50.
Can I book with a friend or partner?
Yes — our Duo Package includes two Ultimate Korean Glass Skin treatments for IDR 2,250,000, in shared or separate cabins.
Do you offer packages?
Yes: 3-session packages on facials, Hydrafacials and face massages, at 20–30% off, valid for 5 months.
